NaBloPoMo # 12: Internets Fail

So I found out that my wireless card is not strong enough to support internet at my grandmother’s house in rural Western New York.

For starters, it is on the Edge network instead of 3G, so it takes twice as long for everything to load. Secondly, I don’t have cell signal at home. Although I had enough cell signal to make phone calls and receive text messages, it wasn’t strong enough to support internet usage.

I didn’t feel like using my parents’ internet (although they FINALLY got broadband instead of dial-up) so late last night, so I figured I would just have to upload the post when I get back to the ‘Burgh.

I think it would be excellent if AT&T broadened their coverage area to include that little part of Western New York where it is a huge freakin’ dead zone surrounding my parents’ house and my grandmother’s house.
