It’s been a couple days. I’m still on track though. I haven’t exceeded the daily calorie recommendations. And, I’ve found a way to balance what I can to allow for my sweet tooth. Sugar-Free/Fat-Free Jell-O pudding is phenomenal for that purpose. And, when I’m craving something salty, lightly salted popcorn works well. My goal is to go through my recipes and tweak what I can to make low-fat/low-cal cookies, cupcakes, candies, and the like. In the meantime, I’m going to do my weekly weigh-in tomorrow morning and see how my week of dietary changes has worked. And, we’ll add in some moderate exercise programs to up the ante. So here’s looking forward to Week 2!
