Healthy Living – Day 66

Weigh-in on Monday was disappointing – although somewhat expected given my inability to do much by way of workout last week. If nothing else, it rejuvenated my desire to make up for it. I’ve been working hard toward that goal so far this week. Realizing that it could simply be a situation where last week may have been a week that I didn’t lose “weight” I think I may have lost another inch or so. My pants are fitting a little looser this morning. =)
