Healthy Living – Day 116

It’s Thanksgiving Day. Technically, it’s Thanksgiving night. I have successfully made it through the day. I was at the gym shortly after opening this morning, put in a good workout, and then headed to Grandpap’s to chill with family and make Thanksgiving dinner. As far as calorie intake was concerned, I did pretty well. But, I expect that the scale will not tip lightly tomorrow. I had a small piece of each dessert (pumpkin pie, cherry cheesecake, pumpkin bread pudding, and pumpkin cream pie). I guess we’ll see how bad it was tomorrow.
