So, it doesn’t look as though I’m going to be hitting the gym today. That flu/Monongahela ick that took over yesterday is still pretty rampant today. While my fever has broken, it is safe to say that today will not include a healthy breakfast (don’t want to overdo it) and that I will not be hitting the gym after work.
On the plus side, it’s amazing how vomiting uncontrollably for the better part of a day will help you quickly lose 6 pounds! (Definitely not a recommended diet.) I am hopeful that if I take it easy today, that I’ll be back on track for feeling better and getting back to the gym by Wednesday!
